Ocean Freight
To meet the varying needs and requirements of customers , ASM Logistics offers FCL, LCL and conventional services, giving clients the option to choose the services that best suits their needs.
ASM Logistics offers regular import and export consolidation services through our partner network. The company has the expertise to deliver and receive cargo of any types to and from any part of the world. We also handle third party shipments / cross trade shipments for the client by issuing switched BL and switched Awb , whenever requested, to protect the interest of the client.
We are highly experienced in handling buyer consolidation boxes in order to help client to save shipping costs by consolidating with their various suppliers into one shipment.
Air Freight
ASM Logistics handles air freight shipments in the safest and most economical manner. Our comprehensive service is backed by the expertise of our local teams, coupled with the support of major carriers, to reduce any risk of delays to our shipments. We are also experienced in handling AOG shipments and handle special commodities like live stock eg. prawns, tropical fishes, crabs , human embryo ...etc .
Customs Clearance & Domestic Freight
With our own in-house custom broker team, ASM Logistics able to handle all kind of customs clearance & pickups/deliveries at origin and destination points. Our dedicated customer service team will advise clients in advance of any strict custom clearance issues . They are also able to provide timely and updated information to the clients pertaining to the status of their shipments at any point in time.
3rd Party Logistics (3PL)
ASM Logistics provides customers with end to end process and real-time information flow with a state-of-the art IT system. We are able to increase clients' supply chain efficiency and improves service levels by utilizing a large network of transportation and service providers. We are able to provide storage for general , bulk or even DG cargo . We are also able to arrange for bonded and non-bonded storage locations to suit your requirements.
Marine Insurance
As part of our one-stop service, we are able to help client to arrange for all their marine cargo insurance, whether is it air or sea shipments. We have tied up with the major Insurance companies to provide comprehensive all risks marine cargo insurance at a very competitive rate. In case of any claim case, our support staffs are also able to assist client to follow up with the insurance company, upon submission of all completed documents , to get the claim within the shortest period of time.
DG Cargo / Project Shipments
ASM Logistics is equipped with well trained staff in DG cargo knowledge - IATA regulations for air transport and IMDG for sea-transport. Our staffs will be able to advise the customers on the specific packing and shipping requirements for any DG cargo , whether by air or by sea.
In addition, our experience in special project handling such as exhibition, personal effect, site delivery etc., who made is difference with the other industry players.
